Xiaomi is called as the apple inc. of China. It is overall a good device but price should not be so high as 25k. Although its display quality, processor and graphics configuration is desktop grade. But, it misses a lot of things, no cellular version, no GPS, NFC. Even you don't have any official warranty or pricing in Bangladesh. Decide yourself before you buy one.
